Burnsville's Heart of the City

Remember the area of Nicollet Avenue and Burnsville Parkway from yester-year?  Tom Thumb, Red Lion Liquors, TCF.  The area has gone through a major transformation.  Burnsville wanted to create a small "downtown" feel to the area.   Condos with a great view of downtown, a beautiful park & amphitheater, and several shoppes now line the streets.  Take a look!
